How To Use It

• Saturate a cotton pad with Tri-Phasic Bright Toner and sweep it over clean face and neck in an upward, outward motion, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Follow with a Tri-Phasic Bright Essence or another serum or moisturizer of your choice.
